Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 3 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 4 salmon steaks (8 oz. each)
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients in small bowl.
- Brush 1/2 the mix over fish.
- Marinate fish up to 6 hours in refrigerator.
- Place fish on grill.
- Grill 5 minutes.
- Turn and brush with the rest of marinade.
- Grill until fish flake easily.
