- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 5 to 7 dried chiles de arbol
- 4 to 5 bay leaves
- 3 garlic cloves, grated with a Microplane grater
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Use as desired to marinate
