Ingredients
- 4 c. oatmeal
- 2 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 3/4 c. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Bake at 250° until nicely toasted.
- Makes 10 cups.
