Ingredients

  • 5 cups oatmeal not instant
  • 1 cup cashews or almonds sliced
  • 1 cup sesame seeds unrefined
  • 1 cup coconut meat Shredded
  • 1 cup soy flour
  • 1 cup powdered milk not instant
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup sesame oil or vegetable oil

Method

  • Combine all dry ingredients in a large Dutch oven.
  • In a separate utensil combine honey and oil.
  • Combine two sets of ingredients and spread on cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly brown.
  • Or, to cook large amount - place in 200 degree oven and cook for 1 hour, stirring about every 25 minutes.
  • Turn oven off and leave cereal in for another hour or two.
