- Fry in hot oil(350) till fish floats to the top.meantime make mango salsa. in small bowl,1 mango cut in cubes 10-12 sprigs of cilantro leaves only.jalapano chopped super fine. leave seeds if you like hot. or remove. wear gloves. juice from 1 lime,1/4 red onion. chopped fine.gently stir.warm tortillas place 2-3 stips of fish,dollop of sour cream and salsa.serve with spanish rice and a cold cervasa.
