Ingredients
- 3 c. maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Heat the maple syrup to a boil.
- Combine eggs (beaten until fluffy), flour, baking powder and salt.
- Blend well.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls into boiling syrup.
- Dumplings will bob up; allow to cook for 5 minutes.
- Delicious as is or with cream.
