Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 12 c. popped corn
Method
- Combine sugar, water, vinegar, corn syrup and salt.
- Cook to very hard ball stage (265°).
- Add butter and pour over popcorn. Stir well with a knife.
- Quickly form into balls with hands well-buttered.
- Mixture will be hot.
