Ingredients
- chicken
- 3 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- parsnip
- 1 leek, cut and split
- 1 onion (whole)
- a little salt
- dill or parsley (at first 2 fistfuls)
Method
- Earlier in the day, rinse all meat.
- Double the recipe if using whole chicken/parts.
- Peel carrots, celery and parsnip. Wash leek well.
- Dip onion in a little salt.
