Ingredients
- 1 lb. Navy beans
- salt pork
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/4 c molasses
- 1/4 c brown sugar
Method
- Cover beans with cold water and soak overnight.
- Drain off. Add hot water and rest of ingredients.
- Cook for 4 hours at 250. Add hot water to cover as needed.
