Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
Method
- Stir ingredients until smooth.
- Add one more cup of milk.
- Melt dab of oleo in hot large frypan.* Put about 1/4 cup of batter into pan.
- Swirl batter to cover bottom of pan (pancake will be thin). Fry until lightly brown, then brown other side.
- (This doesn't take very long.)
- Roll pancake over knife blade.
- Keep warm on plate over pan of boiling water.
- Serve with butter, syrup or preserves.
