Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour

Method

  • Stir ingredients until smooth.
  • Add one more cup of milk.
  • Melt dab of oleo in hot large frypan.* Put about 1/4 cup of batter into pan.
  • Swirl batter to cover bottom of pan (pancake will be thin). Fry until lightly brown, then brown other side.
  • (This doesn't take very long.)
  • Roll pancake over knife blade.
  • Keep warm on plate over pan of boiling water.
  • Serve with butter, syrup or preserves.
