Ingredients
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 2 1/2 c. broth from chicken
- 1 pkg. stuffing mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 fryer, cooked, boned and diced
Method
- Mix together first three ingredients and set aside.
- Then mix together next four ingredients and set aside.
- Beat together the next two ingredients.
- In 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, put a layer of stuffing mixture.
- Top this with all of chicken, then top chicken with remaining stuffing mix.
- Pour egg mix over top and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
- Add cream of chicken soup on top of this and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
