Ingredients
- 7 oz creamy Gorgonzola cheese
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 oz walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 2-3 tbsp mild mustard
- 1/2 tsp dried chili flakes
Method
- Mix the Gorgonzola cheese with the milk. Stir in 2/3 of the walnuts, the mustard and the chili flakes. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with the remaining nuts to garnish.
