Ingredients
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1/3 c. wheat germ
- 1/4 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- nuts, diced dried fruit and raisins (optional)
Method
- Mix together first 6 ingredients. Add honey, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes (watch so it doesn't scorch).
- Cool on paper towels.
- Eat for a snack or with milk for breakfast.
