Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/8 oz.) can tuna, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, diced
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/4 c. crushed cornflakes
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except cornflakes and parsley.
  • Chill for 1 hour.
  • Place 1 cup cornflakes on wax paper and crush with rolling pin to make 1/4 cup crushed flakes.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and mix.
  • Pile tuna mixture on wax paper over crushed flakes. Shape into ball and roll over flakes until coated.
  • Place in center of serving platter and circle with assorted crackers. Yields 1 3/4 cups.
