Ingredients
- 1 (6 1/8 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. onion, diced
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Method
- Combine all ingredients except cornflakes and parsley.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Place 1 cup cornflakes on wax paper and crush with rolling pin to make 1/4 cup crushed flakes.
- Sprinkle with parsley and mix.
- Pile tuna mixture on wax paper over crushed flakes. Shape into ball and roll over flakes until coated.
- Place in center of serving platter and circle with assorted crackers. Yields 1 3/4 cups.
