Ingredients
- 4 to 6 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
Method
- Saute onion in water.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered casserole.
- If desired, layer with Cheddar cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
