Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 c. butter or oleo
- 3/4 c. sherry
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- 2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) golden mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- In skillet, brown beef cubes in butter.
- Then add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low heat 2 hours or until tender, stirring now and then.
- Serve over cooked rice or cooked noodles. Serves 4.
