Ingredients

  • 4 c. ham, cubed
  • 1/2 stick margarine or butter
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper
  • 2 c. potatoes, cubed
  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 1 c. carrots, sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped (optional)
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 4 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz. pkg. mild Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Saute until golden brown the ham, 1/2 stick margarine or butter and bell pepper.
  • Boil until tender the potatoes, celery, carrots and onions.
  • Mix and cook until thick the milk, 1 stick margarine or butter and flour.
  • Mix Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese in sauce until melted.
