- 4 c. ham, cubed
- 1/2 stick margarine or butter
- 1/4 c. bell pepper
- 2 c. potatoes, cubed
- 1 c. celery, sliced
- 1 c. carrots, sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped (optional)
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 4 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz. pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
Method
- Saute until golden brown the ham, 1/2 stick margarine or butter and bell pepper.
- Boil until tender the potatoes, celery, carrots and onions.
- Mix and cook until thick the milk, 1 stick margarine or butter and flour.
- Mix Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese in sauce until melted.
