Ingredients
- 3 qt. ripe cukes
- 2 onions
- 2 red sweet peppers
- 1 Tbsp. canning salt
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 pt. vinegar
Method
- Peel and scoop out seeds from cukes.
- Cook 20 minutes or until transparent.
- Jar hot.
