- 1 1/2 c. chopped potatoes
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. celery slices
- 1/4 c. carrots
- 1/8 c. chopped onion
- chicken bouillon cube
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
Method
- Combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley, bouillon cube and seasoning.
- Mix well. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
- Gradually add milk to flour, mixing until well blended. Add milk mixture to vegetables.
- Cook until thick and add cheese. Stir until melted.
