Ingredients
- 3/4 to 1 c. sweetened flaked coconut
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 3 to 4 maraschino cherries, cut into 6ths
- 4 to 6 Tbsp. anisette liqueur
Method
- Spread coconut in a large shallow pan.
- Bake at 350° for 7 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
- Turn into a small pie pan.
- Cool.
