Ingredients
- 4 c. sugar
- 6 c. water
- 46 oz. can pineapple juice
- 12 oz. can frozen orange juice
- 6 oz. can frozen lemonade
- 5 very ripe bananas, crushed
- 3 qt. ginger ale
Method
- Bring water and sugar to boiling point and boil for 3 minutes. Cool.
- Add remaining ingredients and freeze in three 1/2 gallon cartons.
- Take out 1 hour ahead of serving time and thaw to a slush.
- When ready to serve, mix one quart ginger ale to a 1/2 gallon carton.
- Serves 50 people.
