Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dried goji berries
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 small green chilies (Thai or Indian)
- 5-6 large kalamata olives
- 2 oz. feta cheese
- 3 Tbs. almond meal
Method
- Cover goji berries in water, and microwave 1 to 2 minutes to soften.
- Drain.
- Blend goji berries with remaining ingredients in food processor to create coarse paste.
- Serve on toast.
