Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients well and pour into an uncooked 9-inch pie shell.
- Cover with top pastry.
- Cook for 55 minutes or until crust is brown at 350°.
