Ingredients
- 5 lg. sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. warm lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Method
- Cook and mash sweet potatoes.
- Add in butter and lowfat milk and whip till fluffy.
- Mix in raisins and nuts.
- Place in buttered casserole dish and top with marshmallows.
- Brown lightly in 350 degree oven.
