- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- baby packaged fresh carrots
- brussel sprouts
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- zucchini
- yellow squash
Method
- Place vegetables in a pan with the water and vinegar.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and cover.
- Cook 10 minutes. Remove lid and turn heat up and allow liquid to reduce and glaze the vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve.
