- 6 (3/4-inch) pork chops
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 lb. can peach halves
- 1/4 c. peach syrup
Method
- Brown pork chops on both sides in skillet over medium heat and pour off excess fat.
- Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
- Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.
