Ingredients
- 1/3 box graham crackers, broken into rectangles
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Place grahams on large greased cookie sheet. Bring all other ingredients to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Pour over grahams and sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes. Do not overcook. Remove and cool slightly. Then transfer to wax paper. Break into smaller pieces (will resemble peanut brittle).
