Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. white syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 box Crispix (12 oz.)
- 12 oz. can party nuts
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients and cook 6 to 8 minutes; should boil about 2 minutes, then add vanilla and soda.
- Pour this over Crispix and party nuts in a large bowl.
- Stir and transfer to a large paper bag which has been sprayed inside with Pam.
- Microwave 1 1/2 minutes; shake.
- Microwave 1 1/2 minutes; shake.
- Microwave 1 minute; shake.
- Pour onto cookie sheet.
- Cool and break apart.
