Ingredients

  • 72 wing dings
  • 1 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 1.Place wing dings in a large bowl
  • 2.Blend together the soy sauce, sugars, garlic, ginger and pepper flakes
  • 3.Toss the chicken and sauce thoroughly, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator for 45 minutes
  • 4.Remove chicken from refrigerator
  • 5.Place wing dings in two large sheet pans, 36 pieces each (13 x 17.8 inch half baker sheets)
  • 6.Place both pans in the over at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; turn chicken pieces and baking an additional 15-20 minutes until richly golden brown and tender
  • 7.Place on warm serving platter and garnish with bite size vegetables, i.e. tomato grapes, slice cucumber and baby carrots.
