Ingredients
- 1 cup room temp butter
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 3 cup powdered sugar - sifted
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
- Mix butter until light & fluffy (3-5min)
- Add molasses & mix until combine
- With the mixer on low gradually add the spices & sifted powdered sugar
- Once all ingredients are added continue mixing for a couple of more minutes.
- Place in piping bag, decorate gingerbread cupcakes & enjoy!
