Ingredients
- 5 whole Carrots
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ginger
- 1/4 cups Orange Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
Method
- Slice carrots and cook as desired until tender. Combine corn starch, sugar, salt, and ginger in a small saucepan. Add orange juice and cook mixture until it thickens and bubbles. Stir in the butter and melt. Pour over hot carrots and toss evenly to coat.
