Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) Baker's German's sweet chocolate
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) soft cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust (6 oz.)
Method
- Microwave chocolate and 2 tablespoons milk in large bowl until most of chocolate is melted, stirring once.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and remaining milk until smooth.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Pour into crust.
- Chill 1 to 2 hours.
