Ingredients
- 6 red potatoes
- 1 onion
- 6 strips bacon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Method
- Boil red potatoes; peel and cut into small chunks.
- Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
- In a frying pan, fry bacon, cut into small pieces and fry with chopped onion.
- When onion and bacon are cooked, add salt, flour, sugar, vinegar and water and cook until sauce occurs.
- Pour sauce over potatoes and serve hot.
