Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 to 4 slices bacon, cooked
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Method
- To bacon drippings add 1 rounded tablespoonful flour and stir. Pour in vinegar, water and sugar.
- Cook until thick, add egg and crumbled bacon.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Serve warm.
- (I often increase the sauce.)
