Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole corn
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Method
- Drain juice from can of whole corn.
- Combine all ingredients. Put in casserole dish (2-quart).
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
