Ingredients
- 5 to 6 large potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper
- oil
Method
- Grate potatoes (smaller than julienne) and onion very fine. Add 1 egg; mix.
- Add salt, pepper and flour.
- In frying pan, add 1/4 inch oil.
- When oil is hot, add 1 tablespoon mixture to oil and fry until potatoes are brown.
- Turn over and fry other side. Drain on paper towel and taste.
- You may need to add more salt and pepper.
