Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 1 jar Kraft Old English cheese
- 1 wedge Roquefort cheese
- 1 large pkg. pecans, chopped fine
- dash of garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- parsley flakes
Method
- Soften all cheeses.
- Mix with electric beaters with Worcestershire and garlic salt.
- Add parsley flakes (2 tablespoons, more or less to taste).
- Add 1/2 package of pecans. Spread remaining pecans and parsley on wax paper.
- Roll cheese ball in mixture.
- Chill.
- Serve with crackers.
