Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
- 3 eggs, beaten slightly
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. plain flour
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 c. pecan halves
Method
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and flour until well blended. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together, including the sugar and flour mixture. Pour into the shell and bake until firm or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Bake in a 300° oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
