Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
  • 3 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 c. pecan halves

Method

  • In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and flour until well blended. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together, including the sugar and flour mixture. Pour into the shell and bake until firm or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Bake in a 300° oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
