Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. orange jello
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple (save juice)
- 1/2 c. shredded carrot
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Add 1 cup additional liquid made up of drained juice from crushed pineapple and water.
- Mix well and refrigerate until jelled slightly.
- Then add crushed pineapple and carrots.
- Pour into mold.
- Refrigerate until set.
