Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops, bone-in, 1/4 inch-thick
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope soup mix, herb with garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 12 cup hot water

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • In broiler pan, without the rack, arrange chops.
  • Brush both sides pf pork hops with soup mix blended with oil.
  • Bake pork chops 25 minutes or until done.
  • Remove pork chops to serving platter.
  • Add hot water to pan and stir, scraping brown its from bottom of pan.
  • Serve sauce over pork chops.
