Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp Garlic & Herb seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Parsley (fresh)

Method

  • Mix flour and seasoning in dish, save 1 tablespoon of mixture for later.
  • Clean chicken and make sure it's moisten, coat evenly with mixture.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken 3-4min.
  • per side or until golden brown.
  • (add more oil if needed) Remove chicken from skillet.
  • Mix broth, lemon juice and flour mixture in a bowl and blend, add to skillet.
  • Bring to a boil, stir frequently about 7-10min.
  • Until thickened
  • Return chicken to skillet; cook until heated through.
  • Sprinkle parsley.
