Ingredients
- 200 g Quark (preferably smoked)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 125 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
Method
- Crush the quark with a fork.
- Mix mayo, yoghurt, mustard and pur the mixture over the quark.
- Add all spices and chopped garlic and leave in the fridge for about one hour.
- Add milk and blend everything together very smoothly.
