Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed, celery seed, oregano and basil
- 2 minced scallions
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Shake together and store.
- Yield: 3/4 cup.
- Double or triple as needed.
