Ingredients
- 6 ounces olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves smashed
- 4 crusty bread
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 ounce Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 ounce parsley chopped
Method
- In a skillet heat oil and garlic.
- Saute bread in oil until browned on both sides.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
- Cut into bite-sized cubes.
