Ingredients
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 stick butter
- salt and coarse black pepper
Method
- Place skillet over low heat.
- Add butter and melt.
- Add garlic and heat, but do not brown.
- Add tomatoes.
- Heat for 4 minutes over very low flame.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
- (Garnish.)
- Place tomatoes on a bed of watercress. Tuck sprigs of watercress among tomatoes.
- Serve hot.
