Ingredients
- grits
- 1 stick garlic cheese
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 stick real butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
Method
- Cook grits with milk as directed to make 4 cups.
- Stir garlic, cheese and butter into the hot grits.
- Stirring constantly, add eggs. Pour into baking dish and bake 30 minutes at 375° until brown on top. Great with steak and as a potato substitute.
