Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage, browned
- 1 pkg. of 8 crescent rolls
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella or mild Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten lightly
- 2/3 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Spread crescent rolls in buttered 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
- Seal perforations.
- Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
- Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together and pour over the top.
- Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until done.
- Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
