Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti (uncooked)
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in strips
  • 1 small yellow squash, cut in strips
  • 1 small zucchini, cut in strips
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash original blend
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Method

  • Cook spaghetti; drain.
  • In large skillet, heat oil.
  • Add chicken; stir until no longer pink.
  • Add vegetables; stir-fry until just tender-crisp.
  • Stir in rest of seasons.
  • Add the spaghetti; toss to mix.
