Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti (uncooked)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in strips
- 1 small yellow squash, cut in strips
- 1 small zucchini, cut in strips
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash original blend
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Cook spaghetti; drain.
- In large skillet, heat oil.
- Add chicken; stir until no longer pink.
- Add vegetables; stir-fry until just tender-crisp.
- Stir in rest of seasons.
- Add the spaghetti; toss to mix.
