- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 13 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon orange zest, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 cup dried apricot, chopped
- 12 cup dried cranberries
Method
- In a 5-quart slow cooker, place onion & chicken.
- In a small bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, orange zest & garlic, then pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with apricots & cranberries, then cover & cook on low 4-5 hours or until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees F.
- Great served over rice.
