Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole purple plums, pitted
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves
- 1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 oranges, sectioned
Method
- Drain fruits and reserve juices.
- Put juices, drained from the fruit, in a saucepan.
- Add lemon juice and cinnamon stick to juice in saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Add drained fruit and orange sections and heat through.
- Serve hot or chilled. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
